You grant TMHG a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit your Submissions for any lawful purpose, including to respond to your inquiry, evaluate business opportunities, and improve our products and services.
Do not submit through the Site (including through any contact form or email link) any information that is classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled technical data (including ITAR- or EAR-controlled data), proprietary third-party information, or other sensitive information. Any such submission is at your own risk, and we disclaim any responsibility for handling or safeguarding information submitted contrary to this section.

You may not access, use, export, reexport, transfer, or disclose any content or information from the Site in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not (and are not acting on behalf of) a person or entity that is subject to comprehensive sanctions or otherwise prohibited from receiving U.S. goods or services.
Nothing on the Site is intended as, or should be construed as, an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a binding commitment by TMHG. Any procurement, contracting, or business relationship with TMHG will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by TMHG.
If you are a U.S. Government user, the Site and any related documentation are provided as "commercial items" and "commercial computer software" (as applicable), and your use is subject to these Terms and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency supplements.
12. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 4 through 11 and 13 through 14.
13. Governing Law; Venue. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Miscellaneous. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, or as otherwise permitted by law. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. By using the Site or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
