1. Scope.  This Privacy Policy explains how TMHG, Inc. ("TMHG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or interact with [www.tmhg.com] (the "Site"), and any other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services that do not link to this Privacy Policy, including third-party sites that may be linked from the Services.

2. Information We Collect.  We may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide to us.

• Contact and business information (such as name, email address, phone number, company/organization, title/role).
• Inquiry and communications content (such as the information you include in messages, forms, or emails to us).
• Recruiting information, if you apply for a role (such as resume/CV details and employment history), if and when we offer that functionality.

Information collected automatically.

• Device and network information (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers).
• Usage information (such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and timestamps).
• Cookies and similar technologies that help the Services function and support analytics (see Section 5).

Information from third parties.

We do not use the Services to sell personal information. We also do not use the Services for cross-context behavioral advertising (sometimes called targeted advertising) as of the Last Update date above.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, deidentify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.

8. Data Security.  We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, system, or transmission is completely secure. You should use caution when submitting information through the Services, and you should carefully decide what information to send to us by email or other communications.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights.

Communications.

You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you non-promotional communications (for example, responses to your inquiries or updates about the Services).

State privacy rights.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to: (i) request access to personal information we maintain about you; (ii) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (iii) request deletion of personal information; (iv) obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format; and (v) opt out of certain processing activities (such as targeted advertising, certain profiling, or certain sales of personal information). Where required by law, you may also have a right to appeal our decision on your request.

Do Not Track; Global Privacy Control.

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals. Because there is not yet an industry-wide standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not respond to them. We do not authorize third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites for cross-context behavioral advertising through the Services. Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), which can send a signal to opt out of certain data processing (including certain sales or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws). Where required by applicable law, we will make reasonable efforts to process the GPC signal as an opt-out of such processing.

Nevada residents.

Nevada law may provide residents a limited right to opt out of certain sales of covered information. Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request by sending an email to the email address in Section 13. As of the Last Update date above, we do not sell personal information in a manner that triggers Nevada's opt-out requirements.

10. Children's Privacy.  The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the Services, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information, as appropriate.

11. International Visitors.  TMHG is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy.  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Services and update the "Last Update" date above. Your continued use of the Services after we post an updated Privacy Policy means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
